200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Join Melanie Dawn, (E-RYT 500), Natalie Carrington (E-RYT 500, RCYT, RPYT, YACEP), Lindsay Coghlan (E-RYT 500, YACEP) and Drena Walmsley (E-RYT 200, YACEP), on a journey to becoming an authentic yoga teacher.  A complete program that will provide you with the confidence, skills and knowledge to create a safe and inspiring yoga class.
Modules explored will include asana, pranayama, self inquiry, meditation, yoga history & philosophy, hands on assisting, anatomy, business of yoga, and much more!
