Terms and conditions:
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST.
- Prices may change without notice.
- 1 year unlimited memberships, monthly unlimited passes and 5 or 10 drop-in class passes do not include registered sessions or workshops.
- 5 and 10 class passes have no expiry date, are not transferable and cannot be combined to attend workshops or registered sessions.
- Drop-in class schedule may change without notice.
- Failure to show up for a drop-in class that was signed up for online will result in a 1 class deduction from your 5 or 10 class pass unless you cancel your reservation online before the class starts.
- All new students must complete a Release of Liability and Waiver form before their first class.
- Yoga students must disclose any injuries, illnesses or conditions (pregnancy) to their yoga instructor before class begins.
Return policy:
- All class passes, monthly specials and 1 year unlimited memberships are non-refundable, cannot be put on hold at any time* and are not transferable between people.
- Workshops and registered sessions are non-refundable unless the workshop or registered session is cancelled, at which point a credit will be issued. Credits will not be issued for any missed classes.
- Deposits on retreats and teacher trainings are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds on merchandise.
- Merchandise can only be exchanged (within 14 days), for defective reasons, if unused and in the original packaging.
- Water bottles, yoga mats and props, and jewelry are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
*In specific medical circumstances, 1 year unlimited memberships may be put on hold at the discretion of the studio management.
