Centered On Centre Ave 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
We are excited to offer our next training starting this January 2023!
Join Natalie Carrington, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, RCYT, RPYT, YACEP Chiropractor and Acupuncture, Lindsay Coghlan, E-RYT 500, YACEP and Drena Walmsley E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, on a journey to becoming an authentic yoga teacher. A complete program that will provide you with the skills, confidence and knowledge to facilitate a safe and inspiring class. If you do not intend to teach but would like to take your practice to the next level this is also a great program for you!
Modules explored will include asana, pranayama, self inquiry, meditation, yoga history & philosophy, a ton of anatomy, business of yoga and much more.

This rate is based on our minimum of 6 students enrolled, and double occupancy, and includes all meals, accommodations, transfers, trainings and activities. Flight not included.
