Our Beginners yoga program welcomes males and females of all ages with all body types! This registered session will start with the basics and foundations of yoga and grow slowly from there! All poses will be offered with modification for accessibility for all participants. This class runs on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm, 8 weeks from September 15th to November 3rd, 2021
