This class will offer a more thoughtful approach while providing deeper knowledge of the foundational postures of yoga.
Centered & Strong
Strengthen and tone with Bootcamp style instruction followed by the delicious lengthening benefits of yoga with, of course, a well deserved Savasana at the end of practice.

The result is a discovery of inner peace, inner contentment and mental clarity. Varied themes will be explored in these classes allowing ample time to explore each posture with modifications and props made available. This class differs from Vinyasa Flow in that there will less Sun Salutation movements or chaturangas to link postures together. Students will be exposed to some Pranayama (breath work) and mindful awareness (meditation) in this class.

Yang Yin
This great fusion of strengthening and lengthening will leave you feeling refreshed!
Strengthen & Balance
In this class you can expect a well-balanced mix of postures, including standing and balance poses to build strength and work and tone your entire body, twists and backbends to keep your back healthy, and seated poses to open the hips and stretch the legs. This class is open to all levels from beginners to the more experienced yogi.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow links body movement and breath together to awaken energy or prana and create strength in the whole body. Sun Salutations or Vinyasa's are used to link postures and maintain heat in the body. Standing postures, balancing, backbends, hips, core and inversions may be offered in these classes. This class is open to all levels as modifications are always made available for a safe and enjoyable practice.
Yin
Move into stillness. This class features long held static poses that target the joints and connective tissues of the body, helping to restore hydration and mobility in the fascial web, and stimulate the energetic meridians of the subtle body. Yin Yoga is a deep, quiet and contemplative practice that promotes body awareness, enhances meditation, and encourages the release of physical, emotional and mental tension.
Yin and Yoga Nidra
Yin and Yoga Nidra: the perfect pairing! ! Move into stillness with long held static poses that target the joints, connective tissues and fascial lines of the body, then drop into a deep, guided meditation known as "yogi's sleep". Yoga Nidra enables you to expand your self-awareness through the conscious deep sleep state of mind where the mind is responsive to reprogramming old beliefs and thought patterns, and open to setting new intentions (Sankalpa) for the future. The combination of Yin and Yoga Nidra is deeply transforming and healing.
