Although I've been slacking on coming to classes for a while (I promise to come more regularly once my final exam is done next week), I truly enjoy the classes. I started in September last year, and came to my first class with an open mind, absolutely zero yoga experience, and became hooked. Since that faithful day, many of my aches and pains have lessened drastically, some have even disappeared, and I have gained more mobility in my neck. Even now that I haven't been in a few weeks, I can feel the tightness creeping in. In the short time since I have begun practicing yoga and enjoying the many classes offered at Centered On Centre, not only has my physical being changed, but so has my mental clarity. Thank you to all the instructors for the positive changes you have helped me make. Happy Birthday! ~ 

We are very fortunate to have our own yoga studio in Black Diamond. Each instructor is unique in their own teaching style and yet all are well grounded in the fundamentals of yoga. It is a very welcoming community. ~ 

I am in my second beginners class  and I can't say enough about how much I love it. It's such a special , safe place where I get to let my worries go and focus on me..... Plus I FEEL it in my muscles the next day! I love my yoga Wednesday's !!!!! ~
